Arrest in Aachen: 31-year-old arrested for robbery and theft!
The federal police struck in Aachen on Tuesday afternoon! A 31-year-old Pole who had entered a long-distance coach from Belgium was arrested-and that because of no less than two European arrest warrants! The Polish authorities were looking for him for severe predatory and theft offenses. During the control, the man flew when his names appeared in the Schengen information system.
But that's not all! He still has a residual imprisonment of 1 year and 9 months due to robbery and also has to compete with a 6-month prison sentence for theft. After he was arrested, he was admitted to the police custody of the Aachen police headquarters. Now he is waiting for a judicial hearing - the proceedings will be presented to the district court in Aachen to decide on a possible delivery to Poland. It remains unclear how things will go.
