Serious accident on Monschauer Straße: Motorist seriously injured!

on Wednesday morning, around 7 a.m., a serious accident occurred on Monschauer Strasse in the direction of Aachen. As a result of the event, the road between the Lichtenbusch motorway and the 1st Rote-Haag-Weg was completely closed before the block could be lifted again shortly before 10 a.m.

As the police report, a driver had a game accident between the Green Oak and the forest cemetery junction and stopped on the right side of the road. A driver driving behind noticed this too late and crashed into the standing vehicle with full force, with her car overturning. While the driver of the front vehicle was only slightly injured, the other driver suffered serious injuries. Both were immediately taken to the hospital and the vehicles had to be towed.
