On Saturday, October 19, 2024, the Baltic Sea Stadium in Rostock will become the setting for a highly awaited football game between F.C. Hansa Rostock and Alemannia Aachen. In order to ensure security and the smooth process, extensive traffic restrictions in the area can be expected. From 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., the parking spaces on Albrecht-Kossel-Platz and Erich-Schlesinger-Straße are closed, as are parts of Ernst-Heydemann-Straße and Schillingallee. However, resident and an access to the clinic remain possible.

Rostocker Straßenbahn AG uses additional buses that drive from around 12:15 p.m. from the Groß Schwasser Weg car park and the North Central Station every 15 minutes to the stadium. After the end of the game there are additional buses for the return trip. Road users are asked to observe the temporary traffic signs and switch to public transport if possible.
