In the latest measurements on July 23, 2024, seven speed violations were registered within three hours, among which five were punished with warning money and two as administrative offenses. This confirms that the problem continues to exist and shows the need for regular controls.
High violations on Alsdorfer Straße
The results of Alsdorfer Straße in Eschweiler were particularly alarming, where a total of 91 road users exceeded the permissible top speed of 70 km/h within five hours. There were 72 violations in the warning area, while 19 drivers have to expect a fine.
