On Friday, October 4th, the exciting exhibition "View of the Fachsenfeld Castle: Caspar David Friedrich meets ..." was opened in the magnificent Fachsenfeld Castle! Visitors can admire two original Sepia drawings by the legendary romantic artist Caspar David Friedrich, who are confronted with works by 19 talented artists from the region. This shows the versatility of the examination of Friedrich's landscape representations!

Because of the huge rush on the first exhibition weekend, the Fachsenfeld Schloss reacted to the needs of the art enthusiast and set new special opening hours! Now the exhibition can also be visited on Fridays from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. The updated opening times are: Friday: 2 p.m. - 6 p.m., Saturday: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m., Sunday: 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.!
