In a large-scale exercise at the Burg-Gymnasium in Aalen, the police prepared for an emergency. The event, which started the formal address of the police chief Stephan Schlotz, the head of the Schorndorf police station, was very sensitive this morning. The wind in the air was tense when the practitioners finally arrested the supposed perpetrator about 50 minutes after the first emergency call. The focus was not only on the arrest, but also on the aftercare: a coordinated merging of relatives and students was simulated to ensure that everyone involved is well looked after and supported after such a incident.

Police Oberrat Schlotz commented with the course and the previous knowledge after the exercise: "I am proud of the high level of professionalism with which my colleagues have mastered this challenging situation.
