Details on the course of the accident

The Ford Fiesta had apparently strayed from the street, crossed a front yard and then came to a stop on the house wall. A fence post had slowed down the vehicle before it could penetrate the wall. This resulted in only low property damage to the building, while the car was likely to suffer a total loss. The fire brigade brought the vehicle into a set -up position with a saber saw by separating the concreted fence post. The fire brigade took about an hour and a half, further alarmed units did not have to go.

The driver was examined. The connecting road to Rehburg is currently completely closed in the area of the former Volksbank, on the corner of the Hahnenkamp, which is regulated by the fire brigades Husum and Groß Varlingen. The exact duration of the blocking is still unclear how Die Harke reported.
