Woman with arrest warrant at Hamburg Airport - escaping a high fine!

On Monday, a 31-year-old German was stopped at Hamburg Airport when she wanted to travel to Istanbul. During the border police departure control, the federal police found that the woman has been looking for an arrest warrant since May 2024 due to license plate abuse and violations of the compulsory insurance law.

Due to the legal problems, she had to pay a fine of 981 euros in order to avoid possible 30 days of compensation. After paying the required amount, she was able to continue her trip.
