For the second edition, Mohr has tried even more stronger occupation of the drivers. "We took a step up this year," he emphasizes. The difference to the premiere last year is particularly visible in the speed of the route and the overall organization. "The route is faster than predicted, less winding and more spectacular," explains Mohr. Speeds of up to 60 km/h are expected, which makes the race particularly exciting.

The prominent participants include Gregor Mühlberger, Marco Haller and Felix Großschaftner, who have all found high recognition in international competitions. This not only shows the high interest in this event, but also underlines the importance of Salzburg as the venue for top -class bike races.

The circuit, which is not only beautiful, but also technically demanding, brings the cyclists to their physical limits. On Friday, the eliminator competition is on the program, in which the drivers have to drive on mountain bikes on various obstacles. Saturday decides on the event with the City Hill Climb for the Hohensalzburg fortress, a spectacular competition that requires the best techniques in uphill.
