Police are looking for witnesses: Where is the missing woman from Pommelsbrunn?
Schwandorf, Deutschland - The worrying search for the missing 49-year-old from Pommelsbrunn, in the district of Nuremberg Land, has expanded to the Upper Palatinate. The police are particularly interested in whether someone saw the black VW Tiguan of the husband of the missing person who is suspected of killing his wife in the Schwandorf/Amberg region. The 51-year-old is already in custody. Witnesses are urgently asked to report information on the vehicle with the license plate Lau-SW 358, especially if they have observed it in the period from 1st August to September 29, 2024 near water.
So far, the search for traces in Middle Franconia has been unsuccessful. Divers and police dogs had repeatedly searched the Happurger quarry lake, but with no result. The missing woman was last seen on September 28, 2024, and her children then reported. The police assume a possible homicide and is currently examining the first new clues that were received in the morning.
