A regrettable incident recently occurred in Sulzbach-Rosenberg when a parked VW transporter was damaged by an unknown driver. The police are now urgently looking for witnesses to hold the cause of this irresponsible behavior.

On Tuesday morning of July 9, around 8:30 a.m., the incident on Rosenberger Straße, corner of Frühlingstrasse, was near a local bakery. The white van was parked there to load and unload goods as a larger vehicle, probably a truck or a bus that grazed the right rear side of the van. Instead of stopping and taking care of the damage incurred, the cause of the accident continued his journey and left an estimated damage of around 4,000 euros.

The local police have taken up the investigation and asks all potential witnesses who have information on the incident to report on 09661/87440. The driver of the parked van is now faced with repair costs that have arisen due to this ruthless behavior.
