The Bundestag election 2025 in Bad Zwischenahn brings important innovations. Like NWZ Online reports, the electoral office moves to the Brandstätter house (Am Brink 5) and will no longer be found in the town hall. Personal application for voting certificates can only be made in the new electoral office. The electoral office is open from Friday, February 7th to Friday, February 21. On the last opening day, February 21, the office can be reached by 3 p.m. Voters have the option of filling out their ballot papers directly in the electoral office. In order to apply for electoral certificates for other people, a written power of attorney is required. A corresponding written application is located on the back of the election notification card, which is sent in the fourth calendar week. After February 21 at 3 p.m., postal voting documents can only be requested in exceptional cases. Requested postal voting documents that have not arrived by February 21 can be reissued by February 22nd at 12 noon. It is no longer possible to reorganize postal voting documents on election Sunday.
