Burglars apparently on the raid: Police asks for information from the region!

In West Middle Franconia there was a series of violent burglaries into several single-family houses in the Ansbach and Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen districts on Thursday (03.10.2024). Unknown perpetrators gained access to a house in Alesheim around 10:40 a.m., met the 28-year-old resident and fled immediately when they were noticed. Despite extensive search measures, including a helicopter from the Bavarian riot police, the burglars have so far remained undetected.

The criminal police describe two of the perpetrators as male, about 180 cm tall, slim and masked with black storm hoods. The police also investigate in several other cases in the Ansbach area, where the burglars proceed with a special method: the ringing once, then you decide whether the residents are there. Further information indicates a dark BMW SUV that may be connected to the burglaries.
