Fire Brigade Stockach celebrates new emergency vehicles with great honor
On September 29, the Stockach volunteer fire brigade celebrated an impressive consecration with a festive service in the St. Oswald Church and a solemn ceremony in front of the Adler Post community center. Three new emergency vehicles were consecrated by Pastor Huber and Deacon Ulrich Eschbach, with the main street being occupied for the ceremony.
After the consecration, the warm speech by Mayor Susan Katter, district fire chief Andreas Egger and commander Uwe Hartmann followed. Department commander Bernd Zimmermann in particular emphasized the importance of the well -equipped fleet of the Stockach fire brigade. The new vehicles are not only locally on the road, but also play an important role in national missions, such as the most recently in the event of a fire in the Lake Constance district.
