On Thursday afternoon at 12:20 p.m., a senior citizen from Heuchlingen received a shocking call: a panicked voice called "Grandma, Grandma" - and soon a supposed prosecutor took over the conversation. He claimed brazenly that the senior's daughter caused a fatal accident and threatened with prison sentence if the woman did not immediately transfer 75,000 euros as a "deposit".

But the senior citizen didn't fall into the trap! During the conversation, she doubted and secretly informed her son, who alerted the police at lightning speed. The criminal officers were able to arrest the alleged money picker, a 23-year-old Polish citizen, at 1:40 p.m. in front of the senior citizen. At the request of the Ellwangen public prosecutor, she was brought up to the judge on Friday and is now sitting behind bars - the attempt to fraud was thwarted!
