An unknown driver caused considerable damage of around 10,000 euros on a properly parked VW bus on Friday between 4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. in a parking lot on Lucerne Strasse in Backnang. The driver took an unauthorized manner from the scene of the accident without reporting the incident. The police are asking witnesses to report to the Backnang police station on 07191/9090.

Another incident occurred when a 10-year-old boy with his scooter slipped against the rear tire of an oncoming joint bus and seriously injured. He was immediately taken to the hospital.
