On Thursday evening, between 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., there was a spectacular incident at the Kaiserring: an unknown driver damaged a white Mercedes vehicle parked on the side of the road at number 8 and then turned out of the dust! Instead of fulfilling his duties and informing the police, the perpetrator only left a piece of paper and caused damage of 5,000 euros.
