A serious accident occurred in the afternoon in Ulm when an 84-year-old driver ran over a pedestrian crossing with his BMW. The senior turned from the Fischersteig to Lindenstrasse at 2 p.m. when a seven -year -old boy suddenly drove his scooter on the crossing. It came to the erous collision: the child fell to the ground and was overwhelmed by the car.

The injured boy suffered the serious injuries and had to be taken to a hospital immediately. The situation on site was dramatic, attentive passers -by provided first aid, while the emergency services and an emergency doctor arrived. The police have started the investigation into the course of the accident, the property damage is around 1,000 euros on the vehicle and 20 euros on the scooter.
