A call for cleaning: Brave helpers of the Green Youth Bamberg and Green Bamberg gathered at the Troppauplatz and the surrounding park to fight the dirty hustle and bustle! The mission? Clean and inviting public spaces for everyone!

with fresh vigor, a mission in her hearts and garbage bags in hand, 13 committed people met, ready to free the surroundings of garbage. "We are important to us clean public residence, which is why we are politically committed to inviting green areas," said the passionate organizer Dorothea Gran. She led the group to not only collect, but also to include residents in a dialogue about the quality of life in their neighborhood.

Reality was sobering: there were cigarette stub everywhere, as if they wanted to put the beauty of the square in the shade. The hard -working helpers asked for drastic measures. Larger trash cans and targeted public ashtrays could be the key to changing! After two hours of hard work, the Greens not only collected numerous full garbage bags, but also many innovative ideas for the further development of the quarter in their luggage.
