This year's autumn information tour of Wito Barnim GmbH attracted numerous tourism coordinator inside and employees of tourist information to the region. Under the motto "On the way to a modern tourist information" there were exciting visits, including the impressive shipmal lifts in Niederfinow, the inland navigation Museum Oderberg and the historic Chorin monastery. The event was organized by Wito Barnim and offered the participants the opportunity to get to know innovative concepts and challenges in the tourism sector.
The day began with a digital lecture by Markus Nengel, Managing Director of TMT Tourismus-Marketing Templin GmbH, which presented the estimated interior design concept of the Lychen tourist information. After a tour of the ship's lifts and a detailed insight into the work of the tourist information there, visits to the museum and monastery followed. Delicious snacks and intensive networking ensured social cooperation. The information tour, which enthusiastically left all participants, is a highlight of Wito Barnim's semi-annual events, which serves the exchange among tourist players and improves the quality in the tourist information.
