Castle pavement and music: cycling classic to celebrate in Bernau!

On Saturday, October 12, 2024, the Börnicker Gutshof turns into a hotspot for bike enthusiasts! The RSV Steppenwolf Berlin is once again presenting the legendary cycling classic, in which the participants over 300 km, 200 km or 150 km ride up to Angermünde and back through challenging cobblestone and gravel paths. This traditional route has been revived for gravel bikes since 1910 as an uncommon, sustainable cycling. The BAB is no longer a race event today, but a kilometer examination - the goal is to simply arrive!

From midnight, the "hard" start, while the next group goes on the 150 km and 200 km long distances between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. With almost 300 participants it will be an exciting day! The first drivers at the Gutshof are expected from 3:00 p.m., and the celebrations begin with the Berlin jazz and blues band "Dynamic Carpenter" and DJ Anna from 6:00 p.m. The Bernau brewers take care of the physical well -being with delicious grill dishes and freshly tapped Bernau beer.
