According to the current "monitor well-being" of the Federal Institute for Population Research (BIB), Bayern prove a respectable average of 7 points on a scale from 0 to 10. Top pose is Brandenburg, Schleswig-Holstein and Rhineland-Palatinate, all of which are 7.1 points. The monitor surveyed over 30,000 people between the ages of 18 and 49 from all over Germany, with the new data from 2022.
The high number of “very satisfied” in Bavaria-18.3 percent, is particularly noteworthy, just behind Baden-Württemberg with 18.5 percent. In contrast to Lower Saxony, where only 15.3 percent of this group belong.
