Free disposal: bulky waste action days in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf 2024

Environmental awareness: BSR locking waste action days in July in the district

In July, the residents can benefit from the bulky waste action days in the inside of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. The district office and local Kiezinitiatives work together with the Berlin city cleaning (BSR) in order to offer the residents the opportunity to dispose of old and broken objects free of charge.

The BSR accepts carpets, furniture, mattresses and electrical appliances. However, construction waste, cast baths, car tires, batteries and liquid pollutants are not accepted.

In addition, there will be an information status of the BSR, which informs about recycling and clean neighborhoods. Used objects can also be exchanged at the exchange and gift stand.

The dates for the campaign days are as follows:

• Thursday, July 4, 2024, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. in Charlottenburg Nord am Wendehammer Schneppenhorstweg (Deutsche Wohnen)
• Saturday, July 6, 2024, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Wilmersdorf on Leon-Jessel-Platz (together in Kiez e.V.)
