Aichig area planning: New industrial area is causing a stir!

In Bayreuth, there is an important innovation: The city council has decided to publicly interpret the plans for the Orionstrasse industrial area. Citizens can view the amendments of land use plan No. 23 and development plan No. 2/16 from October 21 to November 29 in the city planning office in the new town hall. The office has set up comprehensive opening times for this, and the documents are also available online.

The aim of these measures is to ensure enough space for industrial and commercial use in the city. The long -standing location in Aichig should continue to exist in order to enable local companies to increase the company, while at the same time attention is paid to environmental aspects, in particular immission protection.
