In a serial wave of crimes, the criminal police in Bayreuth and the surrounding area have reported several burglaries in the past few days. In the particularly alarming case of a break-in into a residential building in Eduard-Bayerlein-Straße, jewelry worth over 10,000 euros was stolen. The perpetrators came into the apartment between 14 and 20 October and were able to flee undetected. The police asks the population to hint on suspects in the area.
