Support the RW21 city library and save the rainforest: survey study with great winning!

for an optimal library experience

The RW21 Bayreuth city library has joined an interesting and important initiative to optimize the library experience for all visitors. Together with the European research platform Sentobib, the library takes part in an extensive survey study that takes place in seven European countries.

The aim of this study is to receive direct feedback from the library visitors in order to continuously improve the offer and experience in the RW21 Bayreuth city library. From now on, all members, visitors and even non -visitors have the opportunity to give their opinion anonymously via a specially created questionnaire. The survey runs until October 31, 2024 and only takes about ten minutes.

The participants not only have the opportunity to bring in their wishes and suggestions, but also the chance of actively doing something good. For each completely completed survey, a square meter of endangered rainforest is saved by Sentobib. In addition, the participants can take part in a raffle on which there is an exciting journey.

In order to take part in the survey, interested parties can find the direct link on the website of the RW21 City Library Bayreuth or via the library's social media channels. Alternatively, the library team is also available by phone at 0921-507038-30 to answer questions about the study.
