The investigation led to a 36-year-old man from Freilassing, who drives cocaine and marijuana trade in five cases. The evidence included chat courses, which documented the direct trade with a total of around 1.9 kilograms of cocaine and 18 kilograms of marijuana. Furthermore, it could be proven that the accused had smuggled drugs from the Czech Republic.

The case started during a travel control in Freilassing when a man who was traveling with a backpack on a bike. His forgotten backpack gave the investigators the first note: it included around 1,000 grams of highly effective cocaine. A DNA track found on the backpack led directly to the accused.
