A 36-year-old man from the Bergstrasse district is the focus of the investigation after trying to get a sedative with a fake recipe in a pharmacy in the Odenwaldkreis. The pharmacy immediately informed the police, which triggered a comprehensive investigation by the Erbach criminal police. On October 10, the officials searched the suspect's apartment on the order of the Darmstadt public prosecutor's office and not only found a variety of prescription medication, but also two fake recipes.
