In Berlin, comprehensive construction work on the Mühlendamm Bridge is imminent, which are urgently necessary due to the increasingly poor building state. Preparations have been made since July 2024 to replace the old clamping concrete construction, which has been in operation since 1968, with a replacement building. In the past few weeks, the substructure has already been removed as part of the dismantling of the sub -building 1 at the bridge.
