Digital estate administration: A course for securing inheritance and identity

Digitization is omnipresent and not only influences our everyday life, but also how we leave our assets.
On 10. September 2024 at 5:00 p.m. an exciting course is offered in the art library of the district central library "Mark Twain" in Berlin who deals with the question: What happens to our digital data after our death?
The course “My Digital Legend” provides information on this important topic.

In this workshop, the participants are taught how they can use their digital identity sensibly,
In order not to experience any nasty surprises in the event of their death. The speaker, Kerstin Bututenhoff , brings her extensive knowledge
as a digital coach and media consultant. It will not only explain to the participants which data is important for their heirs,
but also how to include legal aspects in the planning.

More and more people communicate, store and plan their matters on the Internet. However, many are not aware of
that their digital traces and content can play an important role in their estate. Often there is a lack of clear guidelines,
