Building plan Tetrapak site in Heiligensee approved
After many delays and two changes of ownership, there is now the green light for driving the development plan on the former Tetrapak site. According to the positive signals of ZS/Gewobag Projektentwicklung Heiligensee GmbH- a development company with the participation of Gewobag- the district continues the process to create building and planning law in coordination with the new projector for the former tetrapak site.
Currently there are already demolition -preparing activities by the owner on the property, which serve to ensure traffic safety of the site and the containment of vandalism. Safety services will also be increasingly used on the site to prevent the penetration on the site.
From early summer, the citizens are then asked: The district starts the preparations for the early public participation for the project-related development plan 12-70ve. At the same time, the authorities and sponsors of public issues are then also involved. The project bearer will present the project on site with the district in addition to the formal procedure.
In addition to the apartments, a daycare center and playground areas are also to be created. The Aldi market is to be integrated as a new building in the district and additional small-scale services are supplemented. The development of a mobility concept is also planned, including with bundled parking space offers within the new district. The currently fully sealed area is sealed considerably and upgraded by other accessible green areas with high quality of stay. The existing high -quality landscape areas should be preserved.
