Senate Department promotes voluntary projects in Treptow-Köpenick with € 49,800
The Senate Department for Urban Development, Building and Living supports the Treptow-Köpenick district office in 2024 with an amount of € 49,800 in order to promote voluntary projects by citizens, associations and initiatives as part of the fine program (voluntary commitment in neighborhoods). Applicants cannot be profit -oriented residents and social initiatives who want to carry out the projects outside the areas determined in the social city program.
The funded individual measures must include benefits in kind, such as colors for renovations, plantings or measures for urban attraction. The facilities that can benefit from the measures include schools, meeting places, neighborhood clubs, social facilities, sports facilities, green areas and public places.
per individual measure can be granted up to € 3,500, whereby only expenses for material resources are actually eligible. The applications received are processed in the order of their entrance and checked in close coordination with the responsible specialist offices. As soon as all means are exhausted, this is communicated by the social space -oriented planning coordination.
