Day of the Garden 2024: Summer festival of the Berlin garden fans in Treptow-Späthsfelde
The State Association Berlin der Gartenfreunde e. V. has announced the annual summer festival “Day of the Garden” for June 1, 2024 in Treptow-Späthsfelde. On this day, three allotment gardens, namely Britzer Allee, harmony and cosiness III, will open their doors to visitors. From 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., those interested in nature, garden fans and curious families expect a diverse program with fun and fun, music and hands -on activities, as well as information about green and political debates. Admission is free.
The participation of the district mayor Oliver Igel as patron of the day of the garden is particularly worth mentioning. At 3 p.m. he will take part in a political discussion in the Britzer Allee allotment garden facility that will offer space for the exchange of ideas and the discussion of current small gardening topics.The “Day of the Garden” is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the beauty of nature, learn more about gardening and celebrate the community of garden friends.
