An 84-year-old driver confused the gas and brake pedal of her Suzuki and collided with two bicycles, a traffic sign and ultimately with a house wall. Both the woman and her 86-year-old passenger were slightly injured in the accident and had to be taken to a hospital for further treatment.

The local police took up the incident and estimates the property damage to the vehicle, building and bicycle stands that arise at a total of 15,000 euros. Fortunately, no other people were involved in the accident.

It is important to always keep full concentration in driving in such situations, especially at an advanced age. A moment of carelessness can quickly lead to dangerous situations, as this incident clearly shows.
