Car gang in court: Bielefeld in the crosshair of the judiciary!

Since Monday, October 28, 2024, five men between the ages of 31 and 52 have to answer to the Bielefeld district court for their alleged activities as car rabbit. The accused, two of them from Bielefeld, are suspected of bought stolen vehicles mainly from France and the Netherlands and they secretly stored them in Germany, often in overseas containers.

According to the allegations, a total of 18 acts were found, in which the cars were then shipped via the sea route to Africa to be sold there. Some of these vehicles are said to have even been parked in Bielefeld and kept in Steinhagen. The investigation has already brought the first details on this organized crime, which is now being negotiated in court. Further information can be found at radiobielefeld.de to be found.
