Bielefeld Clinic on alert: Oxygen failure in use!

In a dramatic incident at the Mitte Clinic in Bielefeld, North Rhine-Westphalia, the oxygen supply was canceled in at least three stations on Saturday morning. This alarming event occurred around 10:30 a.m., which led to a massive use of the fire brigade and emergency services. Dozens of vehicles were mobilized to support the patients. A total of 15 intensely ventilated patients had to be evacuated, whereby specialized transport cars and ordinary emergency vehicles were used.

The fire brigade set up a mobile control center and initiated all available ventilation devices to supply the patients on site, while technicians tried to locate the problem with the oxygen line. First, a defect in the line was suspected as the cause, and disorders had already been determined on Friday evening. But around Saturday afternoon the calming news came: the oxygen supply was restored. According to the fire brigade spokesman, the patients who have been relocated can soon be brought back to the clinic, such as "https://www.bild.de/regional/nordrhein-westfalen/grosse-an-bielefelder-klinikum-drei-sauf-671cb54ff317ce967fa7fa7? target = "_ blank" rel = "nofollow noopener noreferer"> www.bild.de reported.
