On Friday, May 16, 2025, the police experienced a shocking effort between Dietzenrode and Mackenrode: they met an e-scooter driver only 12-year-old! During the check, it was noticed that the electrical small vehicle was not insured.

This now has serious consequences for the child's mother, who is considered the owner of the scooter. A complaint against the compulsory insurance law was filed against them. Such incidents show how important it is to keep an eye on the legal regulations even with the little ones.
