A 17-year-old from Bedburg and his 17-year-old socia from Kerpen suffered minor injuries on Sunday evening with an overtaking maneuver on the L257. The young person, who was traveling around 11:30 p.m., lost control of his radius when he wanted to overtake a car that was driven by a 19-year-old from Elsdorf.

In the risky campaign, the driver got left off the road with his two -wheeler and finally stopped in an adjacent field. Both then had to be taken to a hospital with an ambulance. The motorcycle was towed.
