19-year-old with 2.5 per thousand: spectacular accident in Leonberg!
In the night of Sunday, May 18, 2025, a 19-year-old driver got into disaster on the new Ramtelstrasse in Leonberg. At 01:10 a.m. the young man lost control of his BMW, raced from the road, ran over a warning bake and then turned 90 degrees before he came to a standstill against the direction of travel. Fortunately, he was unharmed, but the expensive maneuvers were expensive caused by a whopping 25,000 euros. The BMW was so badly damaged that it had to be towed.
The police found during the accident that the driver was under considerable alcohol influence. A breath alcohol test revealed an alarming concentration of around 2.5 per thousand! Consequence: a blood sample was essential and his driver's license was immediately confiscated. Another example of how alcohol makes a danger trip from a trip!
