In a dramatic incident on April 23, 2025, a 62-year-old woman was caught during a train journey on the S1 between the Standungsbrücken and Stadthausbrücke of security employees from Deutsche Bahn without a valid ticket. The situation escalated when the woman tried to get out of aggressive and flee.

The alarmed federal police held the woman until she arrived. Fortunately, the situation had calmed down until then. After the identity check in the federal police station at Hamburg Central Station, a value of 0.0 per thousand was found in a breath alcohol test. Ultimately, the woman was released after completing the police measures.
