A 42-year-old German now has to accept a strong setback in his life: eight months in prison! On Wednesday morning, May 21, 2025, the cruise ship "Aidabella" from Copenhagen at the Ostseekai in Kiel docked. A sample -like control of the passenger list immediately revealed a frightening secret: the man was sought by an arrest warrant!

The federal police were not long in coming. A little later, the officers arrested the sought after the ship was put on. After a rapid identity check, the arrest warrant was opened. Just in time for the police measures, he was transferred to the correctional facility in order to pay his punishment for fraud. A dramatic stroke of fate for the holidaymaker who had to sail directly from the cruise to prison!
