In the night of May 9, 2025, a serious accident occurred on the B38 near Landau. A 24-year-old Opel driver who was traveling towards Billigheim-Ingenheim collided with the guardrail after she allegedly had to avoid deer. The property damage amounts to around 3,500 euros.
The police officers noticed alcohol smell during the accident recording. A breath test resulted in a value of 0.85 per thousand. A blood sample was then taken and the driver is now faced with criminal proceedings for road traffic.| Details | |
