Alcohol ride in Kaiserslautern: Police stops three alcohol drivers!
In the early morning hours of May 10, 2025, the police were deployed in Kaiserslautern to prevent two dangerous drunk trips. At first, the officers found a 21-year-old sleeping in a vehicle in Zollamtstrasse. His breath test resulted in a value of 0.7 per thousand, which prohibited him from continuing. Just a few steps away, the police met a 30-year-old, also heavily alcoholic in a parked car. Despite his washed-out pronunciation, he refused an alcohol test.
The controls continued: At 05:30 a.m., a 39-year-old driver was stopped on Brandenburger Strasse. The driver tried to cover his alcohol dust with perfume. However, his breath test resulted in 0.83 per thousand. The journey was also forbidden and he had to hand in a blood sample while a fine procedure was initiated against him. The police remain vigilant and continue to work for safety on the streets.
