Alcohol raser in Heide: Pedestrians touched and just fled!

An alcoholized driver caused excitement in Heide on Friday evening! The 66-year-old touched a 26-year-old pedestrian with his BMW, who then fell to the ground with slight leg injuries. The incident occurred in the street at around 8:00 p.m. when the driver, instead of stopping, escaped from the scene of the accident.

police officers later met the man and immediately noticed the strong smell of alcohol. A breath alcohol test could not be carried out, whereupon the officers ordered a blood sample and confiscated his driver's license. Now the 66-year-old has a criminal proceedings for hazardous to road traffic due to alcohol consumption and traffic accident escape.
