On Friday evening, April 25, 2025, a driver in Flagranti was caught in St. Katharinen while he was traveling with an unsafe driving style. An attentive witness alerted the police, who immediately stopped the Linz patrol vehicle. The shock: The 52-year-old driver from the Linz community had alcohol in the blood over 1 per thousand!

The police acted quickly: a doctor took a blood sample from the driver and his driver's license was immediately confiscated. Another proof that alcohol at the wheel is not only punishable, but life -threatening!
