Drivers violate police officers for traffic control - arrest in Nuremberg St. Jobst
unreasonable driver causes a sensation at police control in St. Jobst
In a nightly traffic control in the St. Jobst district in Nuremberg, an incident was out of control when a driver did against the measures of the police officers and injured a police officer.
The police patrol of the Nuremberg-Ost police inspection stopped a VW Polo in Dr. Carlo-Schmid-Straße shortly after 01:00 a.m. When checking the vehicle, the officials found that the car was not insured. For this reason, the car should be shut down.
The driver refused to accept the decision and threatened to continue. The officials then decided to ensure the vehicle key. But the 50-year-old defended himself against it, attacked a police officer and brought him down, with the officer injured and had to be taken to hospital for medical treatment.
After a short scramble, the officials finally managed to control the renitated driver and to arrest them temporarily. The VW Polo was stamped and parked on site.
The 50-year-old man must now be responsible for violating the compulsory insurance law, assault and resistance to enforcement officers. This incident illustrates the challenges that police officers are opposed to enforcing laws and reminds of how important it is to follow the instructions of the law enforcement officers.
