A 62-year-old German came into a heated examination of an employee, while she apparently made insulting statements. The situation escalated when the woman pushed the employee against a shelf.

Another employee saw the action and immediately alerted the federal police. This took up the investigation and a procedure for insulting and assault against the aggressive customer was initiated. After completing the police measures, the woman was able to leave the police station without further consequences.
