Fraudsters under false police: Senior in Bottrop cheated over saved!
Bottrop, Deutschland - A senior from Bottrop was victim of unscrupulous fraudsters who spent out as police officers and robbed their savings. On Monday, May 5th, the man received a call in which the police had said that the police had to protect the money of older people because fraudsters were on the move. In order to secure his cash, he was told that the police would pick it up.
In the following days, an unknown man appeared several times at the address of the senior in Thomasstraße to steal a considerable amount of cash. This trickster also managed to get access to the victim's house and steal several watches. The suspect is described as male, about 25 to 30 years old, with short black hair, slim stature and a size of approx. 1.75 m. He wore light linen pants and a light jacket with a brown collar. The police urgently warns of such fraud stitches and advises to be careful when calling.
