BMW raser on the run: Police are looking for witnesses in Trier!

In the early morning hour of April 9, a dramatic police spectacle occurred in Trier: a black BMW M140i XDrive with Belgian license plates disregarded a traffic control and fled at high speed. The chasing through the city led to the street "An der Old Synagogue", where the stolen vehicle finally touched a curb and came to a stop.

The occupants, at least two men, took the opportunity to escape and declared undetected. Despite an immediately initiated search, the police were unsuccessful. Now the police are looking for witnesses who noticed suspects or activities in the area during the night. Notes on the BMW or the fleeting perpetrators are urgently required.
