Brutal attack in Wiesenstraße: Police are looking for witnesses!

In a shocking incident on Saturday evening, April 26, 2025, a 36-year-old man in Wiesenstraße in Freiburg was the victim of a brutal attack. Around 9:50 p.m., several unknown young people and adolescents were spotted who knocked down the man at the playground near the bridge to the fluid path. The man suffered minor injuries in the attack.

The perpetrators can only be described vague: they are between 14 and 19 years old and measure about 1.65 to 1.75 meters. Everyone had dark short hair. The Oberes Wiesental police urgently asks for information from witnesses who have made observations in the area that could contribute to identifying the attackers.
